SCM in China

Logistics industry is the  source of profits, but  in order to acquire these benifits, the management methods which are unfit the market economy modal should must be thrown away and the new rational should be put into prractice. The Supply Chain Management (SRM) production modal meets such requirement and its realization could provide to enterprises and the country enormous profits. To understand what is SRM, the following questions should be informed: the definition, the types, the principals, the plateforms, the caracterirstics, the processes, etc.

The practice of SCM could effectively perfect the relations of client-supplier, reduce the cost, share information, improve the service quality and the competitiveness of enterprises.
